Job opportunities

Production engineer

A Production Engineer is responsible for planning and optimizing the production of oil and gas from reservoirs. They analyze well data, select and implement production enhancement methods, and supervise the operation of downhole and surface equipment. Graduates find employment with field operators, service companies, and engineering centres in Poland and abroad.

Mud engineer

A Mud Engineer specializes in the design and control of drilling fluid properties used during well construction. They ensure borehole stability, efficient cuttings transport, and protection of the reservoir, while maintaining compliance with HSE and environmental standards. This profile is sought after by international drilling service companies, drilling fluid providers, and R&D laboratories.

Drilling engineer

A Drilling Engineer designs well architectures and drilling technologies, and supervises their execution in the field. They are responsible for the selection of tools, operating parameters, and procedures to ensure safe and cost-effective drilling operations. Graduates work for drilling contractors, field operators, and specialized companies delivering complex well construction projects.

Completions engineer

A Completions Engineer designs well completion systems that enable safe and long-term reservoir production. They select production strings, downhole equipment, and stimulation treatments, taking into account reservoir conditions and technical requirements. Specialists in this area are employed by field operators, service companies, and engineering departments of oil and gas corporations.

HDD engineer

An HDD Engineer is involved in the design and execution of horizontal directional drilling projects used for trenchless installation of pipelines and underground utilities. They are responsible for planning the trajectory, selecting drilling technologies, and defining operating parameters in challenging geotechnical and urban environments. Graduates may work for HDD contractors, infrastructure construction companies, and design offices.

Reservoir engineer

A Reservoir Engineer analyzes the behaviour of oil and gas reservoirs and plans their long-term development. Using numerical models, geological data, and production history, they forecast future performance and design optimal depletion strategies. This profile is in demand among field operators, consulting companies, and R&D units in the oil, gas, and energy sectors.
